DIRECTIONS

In a large mixing bowl fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together your cold butter and sugars on medium speed until fluffy (a few minutes).

Add in your eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy.

Add in your dry ingredients and mix on low speed until just combined, scraping down the bowl as needed.

Slowly add in your chocolate chips.

Cover your bowl of cookie dough with saran wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the dough set.

Once your dough is chilled, roll a generous proportion of cookie dough (around 6 oz.) and place it on a lined cookie sheet.

Bake cookies at 410 f. for about 10 minutes. Let your cookies cool completely for the best results and enjoy!
